Spectora community,

I owe you a direct conversation.

Over the past week, we've heard you loud and clear. We moved too fast with this. We introduced something into your business without delivering clear, meaningful value to you upfront, and without making sure you were in control.

That caused real stress and anxiety, and I want to apologize for that.

We're going back to basic principles and putting you in control. If you don't see that Fixle is valuable to you right now, you can opt out. We're building self-service controls so you can manage your settings down to the individual product. You will control the workflow for your customers. We expect these changes to be available shortly.

We want to build products that help you extend your business and your relationship with homeowners to provide more value to agents under the Fixle brand, but we have to prove that value and earn your trust by building this with you.

You'll be hearing from me and my team in the coming days, making sure we're communicating openly and honestly and that we get your voice into everything we're doing.
