Bob is very thorough, exhaustive, and methodological in inspecting the house, and always takes time to explain his findings. His inspection is not limited to what is readily visible, as most other inspectors do. For example, our great room has no attic, similar to a cathedral ceiling. In order to examine the space between the ceiling and the roof of that great room, he had to enter the attic of the other room, crawled in that attic to approach it, checked it out and took a good picture of it. He uncovered delicate issues from our otherwise perfect looking house. He left no stones unturned.
