Karol has done a fantastic job of inspecting the house we are going to purchase. He has a fine eye for details. He patiently answered all our questions concerning repair and maintenance and was very easy to speak with. He meticulously examined any suspicious spot and took more than one hundred photos to record what he found. He commented on the pros and cons of the house and also provide recommendations on improvements in the future. Even the seller's broker was amazed by his job and eager to get his name so that he can recommend to his friends and other buyers.
