My name is Neil Kane and I am the owner and operator of Kane Home Inspections Services LLC. We are fully licensed and insured in the State of New Jersey and are proud members of ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors and InterNACHI - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Being members of these organizations allows us as Home Inspectors to keep up to date on the latest technologies and advances in the Home Inspection field. These organizations also allows us to continue our education and share our experiences as well as learn from other Home Inspectors around the Country (including Canada, Puerto Rico and France).  With my past experience in the construction and remodeling industry it allows me to use my background experience to better understand the Building Science involved in the Home Inspection field. At Kane Home Inspection Services LLC we use the latest in technology in an effort to provide you with the most reliable information needed in making one of the most important investments in your life.  With the assistance of various tools such as Thermography cameras otherwise known as Thermal imaging cameras (Infrared), Drone cameras, Extended Pole and miniature cameras, moisture meters, outlet and voltage meters and temperature gauges along with continued studies in the building science field we hope to provide you with enough information to guide you in your process. This information will be included in a detailed report along with photographs to be provided to you within 24-48 hours after the Home Inspection. Kane Home Inspection Services LLC follow the "Standards of Practice" as outlined by the State of New Jersey set forth in NJAC 13:4-15,16. We also strongly adhere to and support the regulations set forth by ASHI and InterNACHI when it comes to the Integrity of the Home Inspector and the "Code of ethics"  to be followed to help ensure the continued professionalism of the field in providing the best services possible to our clients.
