As a licensed Home Inspector, Rocky can perform home inspections on existing homes that are being bought, sold or are in need of a maintenance survey.

After completion of an inspection, we will email a link to your inspection report, typically within  hours. Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection with him, or at least be present at the conclusion. This allows him to point out crucial operating systems such as electrical panels and fuel, water and gas shut offs. Also, it gives the client the opportunity to ask questions about items that may need further clarification or attention.

As of June 2019, we are excited to be able to offer radon testing for our clients. Radon is an odorless, naturally occurring radioactive gas that has been identified as one of the leading causes of lung cancer in America. Although Alaska is considered to be a low threat level region by the EPA, individual geological conditions of each property and construction practices can dictate varying levels of radon presence that can even change over time. The best way to rest peacefully in your home is to have a radon test performed on a regular basis. More information can be found at the EPAs website. 

We also offer Air Quality (IAQ) and Mold sampling. If you have active cerns, health concerns, or would just like to know, samples can be collected and are sent to a certified lab for analysis. The results can help you determine the type, if any, and best methods to remove any found contaminates. Call us for more information.
