Bob was prompt, thorough and most importantly, he listened to my concerns and responded to them all. As a single woman, I really appreciated being treated with respect and professional courtesy.

Madewell Inspections did a great job. They were quick but thorough. At the end of the inspection they walked me through all that they found and explained everything at a level I could understand. They were all friendly as well. Then when the report was done their website made it very clear and easy to navigate. It made communicating to my realter and the sellers simple.
