Thomas Recke, ACI
TN License #2188, ASHI Certified Inspector #245309, EDI Certified EIFS/stucco Inspector #CO-57

All of my inspections exceed both Tennessee state standards and the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) standards of practice. I use state of the art equipment including DJI drones for roof inspections, digital moisture meters, FLIR infrared cameras, infrared temperature sensors, along with carbon monoxide and explosive gas detectors. The inspection reports I provide contain detailed photographs of problems, covers all of the major home systems and gives you the knowledge you need to make a fully informed decision.

Experienced and knowledgeable in the science of home construction -

It is imperative that the inspector you hire has a solid knowledge of the different components and systems that make up a home. It is also important that an inspector is honest and open, communicates effectively and can offer recommendations based on what he may find during his inspection. A great inspector will give you the tools and information you need to make the right decision - not just give you a report with a list of defects. Since 2005 our company has inspected over 9,000 properties!
