AZ Impact Home Inspection LLC, we pride ourselves on being as thorough as possible, while keeping things in perspective. We are not rushing through the home inspection process, our inspectors are scheduled for a maximum of 2 home inspections a day, to give your investment the attention it deserves.  

Daniel Moran owner/inspector has over 30 years of experience in Building Trades, early on worked for a home remodeling company where I gained experience in many aspects of the home building process. Eventually, I pursued a career as an Ironworker in Seattle WA, where I worked my way into general foreman position, doing quality control and commercial construction management. During those years my wife Tina a license Realtor in Seattle WA, and business partner, we have fixed and flipped numerous homes together.

I started my inspection training in Seattle WA with AHIT and InterNACHI the largest home inspection association in the world

I'm a licensed home inspector in Washington State and Arizona.

Also, InterNACHI certified Inspector with ongoing training.

My wife Tina and I are excited to be here in Arizona doing what we love, working with people helping them through the stressful but exciting time of buying a home.
