Tim is a home buyers inspector. He has the home buyers best interest at heart and looked at our home as if he were buying it. There were things I would've never come across or seen had it not been for Tim. He was quick yet extremely thorough and absollutley professional. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Clarity!
