Reports are color coordinated, easy to read, and jam-packed full of helpful information that other inspectors just don't cover without up-charging you. We provide energy efficient checklists in every report. Our reports are co-branded with our realtor partners for transparency and a high end look and feel for your client. Repair requests are made easy! Our repair builder tool allows you to generate a repair request report with pictures and verbiage right from our system. Modern equipment: We use thermal imaging cameras to help point out weak points in your building envelope and help you be more energy efficient. iPads are present to speed up every inspection, and we use the latest template technology to ensure we are inspecting every nook and cranny of your home. We utilize high end radon inspection equipment that doesn't need to be sent off to a lab for 5+ days. We can get you instant hour-by-hour reporting on an easy to read form, delivering you critical data the day you get your home inspection report.
