I have been inspecting homes since 2005.  My construction experiences date back to the early 90's.  I am certified with the CCB and OCHI.  We are required by the State to receive 30 hrs. of continuing education every 2 yrs.  I am currently an active member and past president of an association of home inspectors here in Central Oregon that meets monthly.
