My name is Seth Martin and I started Your Castle Home Inspections with my father Douglas Martin. We both decided to start this business because we were seeing time and time again people buying houses and discovering shortly after moving in, all these defects and poor workmanship they missed on the initial walk-through. We have become frustrated by the number of people buying houses and not knowing the true condition of their new investment. So we decided to take our knowledge and experience of 40 years building houses in Vermont, and combine that with 20 years worth of experience in the Florida real estate market and put it to good use thoroughly inspecting the condition of houses and the quality of the craftsmanship.
