There are 2 main reasons for this:
1) There are only 3 local map results and 10 organic positions on page 1.
SEO is a zero-sum game. Meaning for every winner, there is a loser. If you increase in rankings, someone decreased.
Plus, there are only so many searches for home inspection related keywords each month.
This level of service for more than a few inspectors per area would mean competing against ourselves and not delivering the value you’re paying for.
2) Duplication of local content and pitching to local publishers
Google has publicly stated links and content are the 2 most important ranking factors. We work hard to research and create high-quality, local content for our inspectors. Duplicating these efforts for too many inspectors can reduce effectiveness.
Getting other sites to link to yours is difficult. It takes lots of time, research and effort (and typically comes with the highest return on investment). Local and national websites and publishers will only listen to so many pitches and link to so many sites. We want this effort to yield maximum results for our High Growth inspectors.
While we would love to help grow every Spectora inspector’s business, we simply would be charging for limited effectiveness. We take great pride in the service we provide and want to see the best possible results for inspectors that want to invest in their growth.
