How exactly do I earn the $150?
Commission is earned when someone who signed up through your link either purchases an annual subscription or pays for three consecutive months on a monthly plan. That's it. No minimum volume, no tiers to work up to. Payouts go out quarterly.
Do I have to be a Spectora customer?
No. Inspectors who use Spectora make the most natural advocates, but agents and trainers who refer inspectors are just as welcome. What matters is that you have real reach with home inspectors.
How much do I actually have to do?
As much or as little as you want. Some partners drop their link in a single newsletter. Others build it into a course or a regular referral habit. There are no activity requirements. The marketing kit exists so that promoting it takes minutes, not hours.
Is there a cost to join?
