A Step Above Inspections was started in 2015 with the goal of helping home buyers make one of the biggest decisions of their life, their home purchase. Since then we've been educating home buyers and guiding them to make informed decisions. We strive to provide clients with a snapshot of their potential properties current state so there aren't surprises after move-in.

When not inspecting properties, Dustin (Owner/Inspector) loves spending time with his wife Katie and 2 shelties, playing basketball/ golf/ and frisbee golf, spending time outdoors in our beautiful state of Colorado, and looking for ways to help give back to our community.
