My name is David Evans, I am the owner and home inspector at ARDR Home Inspections, LLC. Home inspections are my passion and operating a home inspection service allows me to provide a valuable service to my community and make a living doing what I love. After 30-years as a service technician in the Low voltage wiring industry my love of service and acute attention to detail are evident in all my inspections as I strive to provide the best service possible for my clients. My original home inspection training started in 2018 at Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), becoming a certified home inspector. Following this training, I joined InterNACHI® (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), where I have logged hundreds of additional hours of training and gained advanced certifications in home inspections as well as became a Certified Professional Inspector. After a brief hiatus from Arizona my beautiful wife Lisa and I came to find out that Payson is the place we want to call home. After returning I took and passed the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE). I followed that with completing all the requirements to become a Home Inspector in the state of Arizona. I follow the STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE For Arizona Home Inspectors on all my home inspections to ensure professional quality and excellence in all home inspections.
