As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and KCRAR Affiliate Member, I strive to stay on the cutting edge of the inspection industry by seeking out new training opportunities, continuing education, powerful industry software, new technology, and specialty tools that can help me provide my customers with the highest quality of service available. With over 25 years of electrical, carpentry, complete remodeling, and commercial maintenance / inspection experience, I bring a broad array of knowledge and resources with me to every property that I inspect, however I understand the stress involved with buying or selling Real Estate. I will always do my best to offer an honest opinion of the various components inspected and to answer any questions a client may have in regards to the scope of the inspection. I realize the importance of not allowing emotions to influence the information I provide and I strive to deliver my report in a very neutral, matter-of-fact way in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. I have years of professional, multi-construction experience and I am fully trained, certified, licensed, and insured.
