Charlie has over ten years experience working for a general contractor in the Adirondacks, dealing with most phases of residential construction. Having been in many homes in the area and working around many contractors, he has a good understanding of the good, the bad, and the ugly of Adirondack homes and tradesmen.

He has been licensed by the state of New York as a home inspector (lic 16000089134). His interest in all of the elements and systems of buildings, and general curiosity, make inspecting homes a pleasure for him.

His goal, by the time he's done inspecting a home, is to be able to teach his clients something about the home, and to be able to learn something from them about life. Houses are very interesting to learn about, but the people are the most important part.
