• Hard to access/inspect crawl spaces... No problem...  We use our robot with 4k video and  zoom picture capability to reach spaces as low as 7" clearance.  
• Tall, steep roofs... No problem...  We use our drone with 4k video and picture capability to capture roof and upper story issues.
• Hard to see water and air leaks...  No problem...  We use thermal photography and moisture sensors to identify possible leaks or moisture issues.

Finally, we leverage advanced inspection software and InterNACHI standard practices to produce an extremely thorough, easy to read property issues and recommendations report.
