What is the Pay at Close fee?

It's an optional fee you set for buyers who choose Pay at Close. It's added at checkout and appears on the buyer's invoice as its own line, labeled "Pay at Close." Your base inspection price doesn't change.

How much should I charge?

It depends on what you want:

• Break even: Set a $50 fee to cover the service charge.
• Build revenue: Set anything above $50, up to $100, and keep the difference.
• No fee: Leave it off and Pay at Close works the same way it always has.

Does anything else change?

No. You're still paid within 1-2 business days of publishing, guaranteed. Spectora still collects the payment at closing and takes on the risk if the deal falls through. You still decide which services offer Pay at Close.
