Your Migration Timeline
What to expect from the day you decide to move through your first inspection on Spectora.
Book your migration call

The first recommended step is to talk to your dedicated Spectora Onboarding Specialist. From there they will point you in the next direction on what to do. You can also attend the live webinar (or watch the recording), and enroll in the Spectora University courses above. Zero commitments.

One-click data transfer

If you choose to migrate your data, hit the 'Migrate to Spectora' button inside Horizon. Your templates, contacts, agents, and comments transfer automatically only when you initiate the data transfer. At this point you are just in a Spectora free trial, zero commitment, no credit card required. 

1:1 account review

Attend your 45 minute Account Review with your Onboarding Specialist, they will walk through your account with you, confirm everything transferred correctly, and give you a personal Spectora Demo, answering any questions you have. They will review Spectora's subscription options and get you set up with your exclusive discount code. 

Express Onboarding setup

Once you complete account review and feel comfortable moving forward, your Spectora Onboarding Specialist will get you scheduled with our Express Onboarding Team. This session is to dial in scheduling, payments, services, and fees — free for Horizon customers.

Run your first inspection on Spectora

You're live. Spectora support is staffed for follow-up questions and our Help Center and University are open whenever you need them.
