Spectora Partner Promise
Last Updated: January 30, 2026
We're protective of our people.
Spectora partners with companies that solve real problems for inspectors and homebuyers—not just companies looking for sales opportunities. Our inspectors trust us with their businesses, and homebuyers trust inspectors with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. That trust extends to anyone we work with.
We only share homebuyer information with a partner when the homebuyer explicitly directs/asks us to do it.
Non-negotiable standards for our partners:
Explicit consent only. If a homebuyer didn't opt in, partners don't get their information. Period.
No bait-and-switch. Partners must honor the specific purpose for which consent was given.
Be honest about who’s calling. Partners must be upfront about who they are and why they’re calling. No confusion, no misleading introductions.
Compliance isn't optional. Every communication must follow CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and all applicable laws. Partners must provide clear opt-out mechanisms.
Value or nothing. We don't work with partners who waste people's time. If you're not solving a real problem, you're not our partner.
Why this matters:
When an inspector shares a client's information through our platform, they're trusting us to protect that relationship. When a homebuyer uses a Spectora-powered report, they're trusting the system we built. We take both sides of that equation seriously, and we expect our partners to do the same.
This isn't legal advice—see our privacy policy for that. This is our promise about how we do business.
