30 full residential inspections You conduct each inspection (not just observe) under a currently certified Arizona home inspector. Each must be on a separate dwelling and recorded on the Board's official log with the supervisor's name and certification number. Submit with sworn statements from your supervisor(s) and one sample inspection report that flags at least one immediate major repair. |
