The new internal order form now groups Inspector and Date/Time selection into a single Availability section. Two halves of the same decision, one spot, less scrolling. It's also groundwork for more order form improvements coming soon.

Calendar events with matching start and end times now stay put when edited, confirmed inspections always show their correct status on the calendar dashboard, and Advanced Automations emails can be edited in code view without a hitch.

Multi-line text in the mobile annotator
Version 10.31.9 adds line break support to the Draw Text tool, so photo labels wrap neatly inside the image instead of running off the edges. Item duplication now keeps library comments intact, and Android camera stability got a boost too.

Protection product offers now go beyond all-on or all-off. Turn offers off for specific services, exclude individual agents or clients, control auto-enrollment in new programs, and see exactly what was offered on any inspection and why.

A smoother text editor and annotator on mobile
Version 10.31.2 makes annotated images save reliably, adds a Select All option to the description editor, and trims the editor size for less scrolling. Duplicated items now always carry their comments over.
