Liability & E&O Insurance |
$500,000 in both general liability and E&O, with RICRLB named as certificate holder Carry general liability insurance with at least $500,000 in coverage AND errors and omissions (E&O) insurance with at least $500,000 in coverage. Both certificates must name the RICRLB as the certificate holder. If you employ other inspectors, also submit a Certificate of Workers' Compensation Insurance naming RICRLB as the certificate holder. Coverage must remain continuous. |
